Nothing is reversed at this level. A word still reads in its normal order; it simply travels down-right or up-right instead of staying in a straight line. That single change alters how you look at the letters — you stop reading text and start following paths, which is the habit every harder grid will ask for.

The square is the size most people picture when they hear the words, and it carries the theme comfortably: medical roles, building trades, kitchen work and stage jobs all fit without the list feeling thinned out. It prints cleanly on a single page, which matters when you are running a session for a room.

When a word refuses to appear, find its first letter and check the letters touching it at the corners. Diagonal starts hide in plain sight because most players only scan rows and columns.
