Everything the level permits is here, spread over a great deal of paper. A word can begin near one edge and read back toward it, or climb a slant from the bottom of the sheet. Expect to lose your place at least once, and expect the last entries on the list to take far longer than the first ones did.

This is a sitting rather than a break: an evening, a long journey, a quiet afternoon in a common room. It also works as a shared sheet, since a grid this wide gives more than one person room to search different corners without leaning across each other.

Give each pass one job. Sweep for backwards horizontals, then for bottom-to-top columns, then for the slants; mixing directions in a single pass is how entries slip by.
